They treat you like family!

I am new to the area and wanted a custom home. That was about all I knew. I had never built a custom home and was not very well versed in that world. The Lancaster Construction company was a true Godsend. Not only are they knowledgeable, responsive, honest, trustworthy, conscientious, and dependable, they are just plain pleasant to partner with. Given my lack of previous knowledge, they were extremely patient and willing to explain every single detail in the decision-making process (there are about 50,000 decisions to make). I was exceptionally impressed with Henry’s and Mr. Vic’s knowledge-level and relationship with contractors, inspectors, and other builders. Everyone respects them. The contractors the company works with are the best of the best. The contractors clearly aim to achieve their best for the Lancasters. Even with that, the Lancasters stand by every single item/decision and if you aren’t happy, they aren’t happy. To say they go above and beyond doesn’t cover their level of service and commitment to building a high-quality, well-constructed home. My home is gorgeous (inside and out) and is more than I dreamed it could be. The house is so gorgeous they were asked many times by passersby if they would sell the home. Lastly, they were on time and within budget. You really can’t ask for more.

Our first conversation with Henry told me I finally found the right builder. He was and has always been genuine with his guidance and I never felt misled. Henry and Vic taught us a lot about reading building plans, and what goes into building a home. They answered all of our questions and some. I recommend this company to all we encounter. If you are looking for builder who are true to their craft, hire Lancaster Construction. You will not regret it!

I appreciate their honesty and openness in keeping us apprised of any and all changes or costs increases (or even decreases!) we were looking at when building. I Love My New Home!

Before finally selecting Lancaster Construction to build my new home, I interviewed a total of eight contractors. When I met with Henry and Vic they came more prepared to discuss my plans than any of the other contractors. They were head and shoulders above the rest. Over the years I have built four new houses. Working with Henry and Vic is by far the best experience I’ve had. Throughout the building process I was never disappointed. They answered every phone call and were always ready and willing to answers my questions. I can’t thank them enough for the wonderful job they did. The Lancaster’s have remodeled 3 rooms for us. Henry was our main point of contact. He was always punctual (which is rare in the South). The work always met our expectations and was reasonable.. Since then, I have recommended him to some friends. (I normally hesitate making recommendations to friends—I am afraid that it will cause problems if the expectations and quality are not meet.)
